Hi, I’m Stephanie.
I am the founder of Amplify, created to help organizations evolve their culture to unlock growth. I also am the owner and steward of Ellingwood, a 30+ acre property in the Hudson Valley / Berkshires area, that serves as a unique retreat space and is home to our line of locally-grown botanical-based products.

Most recently, I was Head of Product and founding team member at Bionic, a boutique growth and innovation consulting firm acquired by Accenture in 2021. Prior to Bionic, I led Sales & Growth for Sentient Jet, an emerging player in the private aviation space that, like Uber, AirBnB, and others, leveraged excess capacity in the private jet market to build a profitable business. Sentient was acquired by Directional Aviation in 2012.

I studied Neuroscience and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University. I’ve led and supported multiple research initiatives, including the effects of lipids of cognition, The Effects of Communication Media and Team Composition in Virtual and Face-to-Face Teams, and the impact of onset controllability on stigmatization. I am certified in Immunity to Change methodologies (Kegan & Lahey). With clients, I leverage principles of Positive Psychology, Deliberately Developmental Organizations (DDOs), Spiral Dynamics and more. I am constantly surveying the landscape for emerging organizational practices.
