Hi, I’m Stephanie.

I am the founder of Amplify, created to help organizations evolve their culture to unlock growth. I also am the owner and steward of Ellingwood, a 30+ acre property in the Hudson Valley / Berkshires area, that serves as a unique retreat space and is home to our line of locally-grown botanical-based products.

I advise startups, coach leaders and write a newsletter designed to give leaders actionable strategies for leading themselves and their teams in 5 minutes or less. I’d be honored if you would join me.

  • Most recently, I was Head of Product and founding team member at Bionic, a boutique growth and innovation consulting firm acquired by Accenture in 2021. Prior to Bionic, I led Sales & Growth for Sentient Jet, an emerging player in the private aviation space that, like Uber, AirBnB, and others, leveraged excess capacity in the private jet market to build a profitable business. Sentient was acquired by Directional Aviation in 2012.

  • I studied Neuroscience and Industrial-Organizational Psychology, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts from George Washington University. I’ve led and supported multiple research initiatives, including the effects of lipids of cognition, The Effects of Communication Media and Team Composition in Virtual and Face-to-Face Teams, and the impact of onset controllability on stigmatization. I am certified in Immunity to Change methodologies (Kegan & Lahey). With clients, I leverage principles of Positive Psychology, Deliberately Developmental Organizations (DDOs), Spiral Dynamics and more. I am constantly surveying the landscape for emerging organizational practices.

  • I have spent the past decade helping businesses go on the offense and adapt their structures, systems, business models, and products in times of disruption. Passionate about creating truly adaptive organizations that stand the test of time, I believe that the work starts and hinges on the ability to unlock individual evolution. I’ve helped numerous Fortune 500 companies — including P&G, Target, Johnson & Johnson, LVMH, and J.M. Smucker transform their organizations through the introduction of new mindsets, skills, and tools required for a permanent growth capability.

  • I help leaders on two levels: as individuals and as leaders of their teams. On the individual level, I help clients deepen their understanding and awareness of mindsets and behaviors that are counterproductive to achieving their goals and develop strategies for building new habits. On the leadership side, I introduce new structures, tools, and leadership practices to increase team performance, belonging, safety, purpose, and effective ways of working.
